Complaints

We hope you should never have a complaint about our school, however, if you do then please refer to the guidance in the document below to raise this with the school. This way we have a consistent approach and can manage your complaint more effectively and help to resolve your concern.

Complaints Policy

If you wish to submit a complaint to the Headteacher or the Chair of Governors please identify to whom the complaint is addressed and provide full details of what your complaint is about.  Your complaint should then be forwarded to Helen Frost at h.frost@pudseygrammar.co.uk.
