Enrichment Programme

The school offers an extensive programme of extra-curricular and enrichment opportunities. Students are encouraged to try something new, such as ice sliding, climbing wall, raft building and much more. Extra-curricular clubs take place during break, lunch times and after school, and include a wide range of sports clubs and science, strategy, dance, music, chess, art and media clubs.

In addition, the Homework Club offers students a stimulating work environment with internet/computer access, a library of learning resources and dedicated support from Pudsey Grammar staff. The Homework Club is open every day after school.

An exciting residential plan is developed each year with students having visited France, Belgium, Spain, Poland, USA, Iceland, Malaysia and Tanzania. All Year 7 students are encouraged to take part in an outdoor activities residential, which gives them the chance to get to know one another and their teachers, as well as challenge themselves and develop resilience. Other residentials include the opportunity to stay in university halls of residence, giving a flavour of university life and raising aspirations.
